They are chopping most of the shrubbery to the police can see from their patrol cars.
The big 100-year-old trees are coming down at a greater rate than planting any 10-year-old replacements.

The Drive was Italian from the 1950s on, but most have moved off to North Burnaby and elsewhere. The italian presence is much diluted.
Large numbers of students and young people in the many apartments and basement suites around, create a youthful vibe.
Stores are either very old, or very new and moving often.
Too many cafes and restaurants (one-third)for a good life on the street parade.
Rather quiet in the morning and at night.
One of the few streets with more than a single bookstore (has 3)

i’m sure that God, our father could give us a hand. our neighbourhood in renfrew height area, an owner who living at 3249e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6 canada, hangs out a plate at the balcony, back of the house. we are out of mind that we don’t know what is the plate’s purpose for. it hangs for 24 hours that no one would take it back at night. A post is near the plate. in windy days. the plate would hit the post nearby creating noises that we cannot handle it. most of time at night, eventhough we closed the windows. we still able to hear the nosise. YES noises, how could people sleep/rest with noises? no one could do that. unless the person is deaf at all. So. i’m please that God could give us a hand so we don’t wish to see the plate at night. we in this neighbourhood need a quiet night to sleep.
thanks GOD

Dont go to Ride On Again: What a joke! I waited second in line for almost a half hour to pay for a bike. The woman first in line was waiting for them to put a rattrap on her bike while two guys were working on that (a rat trap should take about 2 mins to add). Meanwhile the guy behind the till didn't complete her purchase, or mine. Then the owner, who was standing there doing nothing but stuffing a big sandwich into his fat self, sent the guy behind the till out on a job from a phone call that came in after we were waiting - we were first, so help us first. When I asked the ridiculous fats of an owner why we couldn't get served he said 'hey we're busy'. Yes you were busy, but we were front of the line and if you had no one else to help, put the sandwich down for a minute. NO regard for their customers, not very good mechanical work, and their used bikes are over priced and you need to tune them properly after purchase.

This is the GEC Granville Suites. Address is correct as 718 Drake St.
